This policy explains what data ENVOI (“we”) collects when you join the waitlist at envoitactical.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

• Your email address — only when you submit the waitlist form.
• Limited technical data — your IP address and request metadata, used transiently to rate-limit the form, block abuse, and produce privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic stats. We do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To notify you about Drop 001 and product availability, and to send you waitlist updates — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To keep the service secure and prevent spam/abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Who processes it

We use a small number of vetted processors and share only what's necessary:

• Resend — stores the waitlist and delivers our emails. Privacy policy ↗
• Cloudflare — hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), and cookieless Web Analytics. Privacy policy ↗

Cookies & tracking

Our analytics are cookieless and don't track you across sites. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token to confirm you're human; it isn't used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist program ends — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR), you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@envoitactical.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country (including the United States) by the processors above, under appropriate safeguards.

Children

The waitlist isn't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
